Abstract
The research objective of the foundations and the concrete forms of implementation of the social responsibility of small and medium business is connected with the necessity to define the fundamental reasons for its functioning and development tendencies in the world community in the process of an entrepreneurial culture. It is proposed criterion the system of assessment of level of social responsibility of enterprise.
